Samsung is developing its own generative AI model called Samsung Gauss. Expected to be included in the Galaxy S24 handset, this model is capable of running locally on devices.

The Gauss model is set to enhance the functionality of Samsung's mobile devices by running some generative image and language models locally.

Practical Applications: The model’s ability to summarize documents and compose emails could streamline administrative tasks for real estate professionals. The image generation and editing features could be useful for creating marketing materials.

Google is experimenting with a conversational AI tool on YouTube designed to provide more information about videos, answer questions, and recommend related content.
The AI tool can organize a video's comments into topics, making it easier to navigate large comment sections.

Enhanced Video Learning: Real estate professionals can use the chatbot to quickly clarify points or get additional information while watching videos.
Client Video Interaction: The AI enhances the interaction with potential customers. This can make the videos more engaging, as viewers can ask questions and receive tailored responses.

AI TUTORIAL

OpenAI’s GPT Builder allow you to create your own GPT to do specific tasks.

This feature is only available for paid ChatGPT subscribers for now.

Here are the steps to create a GPT:

Open ChatGPT → Click on Explore.
In My GPTs → Click Create a GPT.
Follow the conversational instructions on the left side of your screen.

GPT Builder will choose a name and generate a logo for you that you can edit.
Once the conversation is over, you can test your GPT on the right side of your screen.
Test your GPT.
You can customize your ChatGPT with advanced actions by going in the Configure tab.
